Our website introduces our services and showcases our experience. While we aim to keep information accurate, details may change. Please confirm service availability and project requirements directly with us. Services marked “coming soon” are not yet available unless confirmed.

Enquiries and creator applications

Submitting a form does not create a contract, confirm representation or guarantee a collaboration, paid work or selection. All engagements depend on mutual agreement and separately agreed written terms. Fees, deliverables, timelines, payments and usage rights are governed by the relevant project agreement.

You must provide accurate information and have permission to submit any details or materials belonging to someone else.

Creator imagery, brand logos and portfolio content

Creator images and brand names or logos are displayed to identify creators and brands Artemedy has worked with, unless otherwise stated. A past collaboration does not imply exclusive representation or an ongoing endorsement.

Some creator photographs may come from their portfolios, public profiles or campaigns other than those managed by Artemedy. Unless expressly identified as our work, displaying an image does not mean Artemedy produced, commissioned or managed the photograph or the campaign shown.

Copyright, trademarks and other rights in third-party imagery and materials remain with their respective owners. Artemedy does not claim ownership of these materials or intend to misrepresent their origin.

If you believe any material infringes your rights or inaccurately represents an association, contact support@artemedy.com with the page link, details of your concern and evidence of your rights. We will promptly review the matter and, where appropriate, remove, replace or correct the material. NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED.

Our website content

Artemedy’s original website copy, designs and other content may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission, except as permitted by law. Displaying third-party content does not give visitors permission to reuse it.

You retain ownership of materials you submit. We may review and use them to respond to your enquiry; submission alone does not authorise us to publish them.

Responsible use

You must not misuse the website, submit unlawful or misleading material, send spam, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict access or reject submissions that breach these terms.

Results, external links and liability

Campaign examples, testimonials and past results do not guarantee similar outcomes. We do not control third-party websites linked from this site, and their own terms apply.

We take reasonable care in operating the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, Artemedy is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy, updates and governing law

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version; this will not change an existing project agreement.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory legal rights, website-related disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.
