2. Client Work Display:
By availing our creative and marketing services, clients agree that Artemedy Business Innovations LLP may display the work produced for them in our portfolio, including but not limited to our website, social media profiles, and marketing materials. This serves as a showcase of our expertise and capabilities. If a client wishes to keep their work confidential or requires non-disclosure due to proprietary concerns, this must be mutually agreed upon and documented in a separate legal contract. It’s important to note that even if a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place, we reserve the right to add the work to our portfolio after the brand is live, unless otherwise stipulated in the NDA.
3. Confidentiality
Artemedy Business Innovations LLP values client confidentiality and will take reasonable measures to protect sensitive information shared during the course of our work together. We agree not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client’s express written consent, except as required by law.
4. Terms Updates:
Artemedy Business Innovations LLP reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users and clients to review these terms periodically for any changes.
5. Use of Imagery and Content:
Please note that if a client does not sign up for dedicated photography services provided by Artemedy Business Innovations LLP, or decides to utilize internet-sourced imagery or content to support graphical edits, Artemedy holds no liability for any copyright claims related to such content used in past, current, or future projects.
We encourage all clients to use self-photographed imagery to avoid potential copyright issues that may arise from using internet-sourced imagery, even when sourced with care to ensure it is royalty-free. Alternatively, clients may consider purchasing memberships from platforms that provide licensed imagery for free use after subscription.
Artemedy does not assume any legal or financial responsibility for any fallout due to the use of such imagery in brand creatives if the client does not sign up for dedicated photography services. This term is applicable to every past, present, and future client of Artemedy indefinitely.
